会社の寿命30年説

17日の金曜日は、長時間勤務が予想されたので、
会計士協会の研修が終わり、
事務所に戻る前に、残業食を購入。
 
ローソン。
おにぎりと、いつもの野菜ジュースなど。
今、ローソンでは、「会社設立30年」を記念して、
キャンペーンをやっていて、
一定金額を購入すると、くじが引けて、
運がよければ、一部商品などが無料でゲットできる。
 
今回は、アイスクリームを無料でゲット！
ささいなことだが、うれしい。
そういえば、先週の大阪出張の時には、お茶をゲットしている。
俺ってラッキーと思う反面、
こんなささいなことで、「運」を使ってどうするんだ！とも思う。
先週当選番号が発表されたサマージャンボ宝くじでは、
9,000円が無駄になった。
 
さて、会社を運営する上で、「会社設立30年」というのは、ひとつの壁だ。
会社の業績が下がったり、
ひどいときには、会社存続の危機に直面することもある。
「会社設立30年」というのは、オーナー経営者の代替わりの時期でもあり、
個人的には、会社の設立年が1970年代だと、
「この会社には、問題はないか」という観点で見ている。
 
たとえば、最近の例では、先日も業績の悪化が報道されたマクドナルド。
個人的には、現在の「500円と100円」戦略は、すごくありがたいが、
業績を見ると、まったく利益を生まない商売のようだ。
会社設立は、1971年。
 
一方、会社設立30年を楽勝で乗り切ったのが、セブンイレブン。
業績は、良好。さらに、成長中。
会社設立は、1974年。
 
この会社設立年という観点から注目しているのが、ドン･キホーテ。
業績は好調だが、去年は、放火騒ぎなど不幸な事件があった。
会社設立は、1980年。
そろそろ、「30年」の壁に挑戦である。
 
自分の見方を持つと、会社は面白い。
ちなみに、上記4社は、どの会社も私はよく利用するので、
