無事に、新規の大型案件の話がまとまる

午前中は、月末ということもあり、
会計士・税理士というよりは、中小企業の社長モード。

銀行へ行ったりして、支払いや資金移動など。
面倒ですが、事務所経営がきちんとできているかを、
資金面から考察するためには、必要な時間です。
来月もがんばらなくてはと思う時間でもあります。

某都市銀行のATMの機械で振込みをしたのちに、
徒歩3分ほど離れた郵便局へ移動。
このときに、アクシデント発生。
某都市銀行のATMの機械の上に、
財布や印鑑を入れた小さな袋を忘れてきてしまった！

びびって、ダッシュで某都市銀行へ。
財布には、10万円以上入っていたので、
発見される確率は、50%ぐらいだと思っていました。
ATMの機械の上には、すでに袋はなく、「うっ」とショックを受けましたが、
銀行の職員に聞くと、忘れ物として銀行の窓口に届出があったとのこと。

「ほっ」。。。。
無事、お金などすべて戻ってきました。
日本は、まだまだ安全な国です。
銀行の窓口に届けていただいた方、どうもありがとうございました。
感謝です。

事務所に戻り、今月が提出期限の申告書などを最終チェック。
昼ごはんを食べる暇もなく、
13時に、某社の社長さんが来客。
最近の業績について、報告など。

この会社は、今年設立したばかりですが、
なんとか、営業のめどがつき、資金が循環するようになったようなので、
話を聞いてほっとしました。

ただ、12月と1月は、
年末調整などの細かい税務上の実務が発生し、
会社を作ったばかりの社長さんを悩ませるので、
きっちりと当事務所でサポートしてあげる必要があります。

ミーティング終了後に、外出して、某社訪問。
先月から、取引の交渉をしていた某社と無事契約がまとまり、
来年からお取引をさせていただくことになりました。
ありがとうございました。

この某社は、設立して70年以上の時間が経過しています。
したがって、年商や企業規模も、大きくなりました。
先代の社長さんは、年齢的なこともあり、形式的に社長の職を離れ、
40歳代の社長さんに代替わりをしました。

ところが、
先代社長から付き合いのある会計事務所の税理士の先生と、
この新しい社長さんとでは、
経営の考え方や仕事の進め方などが合わなくて、
別の税理士・会計士をこの社長さんが探していたところでした。

世間では、団塊の世代が定年を迎えることでいろいろと話題になっています。
経営者層でも、
現在の社長が引退して、次世代の経営者に社長さんが代替わりをすると、
今回のケースと同様に、税理士･会計士を替えるケースが出てくると思います。

この動きは、逆に考えると、当事務所にとってはチャンスかもしれないので、
来年は、代替わりをした会社・社長さんに営業攻勢をかけてみようかなと、考えています。

まずは、この某社で、経営改善の結果を出さないといけません。
がんばらねば！

現在、21時前。
今週の水曜日以降は、忘年会などで、連日、お酒を飲む話ばかりです。
そこで、今日は、これからスポーツクラブ（Tipness）で泳いで、
カロリーを消費して、脂肪をそぎ落としてきます。
